I am proud that Tania, Tonya and Stephanie are willing to share their stories in this issue of our newsletter. Some of the best North Country stories are ones we can’t share. Because we have clinics in communities where people know their neighbors, it can be too easy to identify the person behind a story – the person who found a new doctor, who improved their diabetes after working with a North Country Clinical Pharmacist and Health Coach, the person who was connected with the Well Woman HealthCheck program to cover the cost of her mammogram.
